- It's time for the adults to try us out! All divisions will have a minimum of 4 teams a maximum of 12 teams. Mens A, Mens B, and Co-ed divisions are open for registration. Register early to secure your entry. For your convenience, you may elect to secure your spot with our team registration deposit of $100 below.
It’s time to give the adults a try! Join us for an amazing 5v5 adult tournament on the beautiful Las Vegas Sports Park world-class artificial turf outdoor fields. 5v5 tournaments are played over two days with a ton of fast action…and reward! All teams are guaranteed at least 4 games with multiple competitive divisions. Players may register as teams on www.nvsportsevents.com.
If the excitement and pace of tournament isn’t enough alone to entice you to play, we’ve upped the ante! The tournament winners receive a free entry to the the February $10,000 cash prize event! Bring your “A” game. This tournament is open to all adults of all skill levels.
Vegas soccer weather in January is NICE! Lows in the 50s with highs in the 60s! Las Vegas has extremely easy and affordable airport access from most of the USA and offers an entire array of hotel/motel opportunities. Teams are encouraged to stay in the vicinity of the LV Sports Park but no lodging is directed for traveling teams so that family and friends may take advantage of all special rates and available accommodations. The LV Sports Park is located conveniently off the Summerlin Parkway and Rampart Blvd.

Entry Fee and Deadline
The team entry fee is only $500 per 5v5 team. Teams may secure their spot in the tournament with a non refundable $100 deposit before January 6th, 2017 with the balance due on January 14th. Each team may have a maximum of 10 players.

The Tournament Committee is the final authority in ALL matters. The tournament staff and field marshals do NOT have the authority to overturn any decision normally done by the referee during a game. Referee decisions will not be overturned.

Credentials And Roster Check
A team representative will be present at the Credentials and Roster Check (one hour prior to first game). Teams must turn in all required forms no later than 45 minutes prior to the team’s first game on day one.
Each team’s full roster is due during roster check along with all completed medical waivers/consent forms. No exceptions.

|FIFA LAWS of the game will apply as modified by US Soccer Federation described herein. Please note additional special tournament rules apply
REGISTRATION: Teams must check-in at the field at least 30 minutes prior to first scheduled game of the tournament. All players must present ID cards or copy of passport for verification. Team roster will have a Minimum of 7 players and a Maximum 10 players. Roster must be submitted at team check in. Players that do not play in group play are ineligible to play in Playoffs. Players can only play on 1 team.
GAME CHECK IN: The Field Marshall or Referee may check player I.D. cards and equipment prior to each game. Players must wear shin guards to play. Home team is listed first in the schedule and will have choice of sides. In case of conflict the home team must change jerseys. Failure to have 4 players available within 5 minutes of scheduled game time may constitute a forfeit. The winner will be awarded 3 points and a score of (5-0).
GAME LENGTH: Game lengths will be two 18 minute halves. All halftimes will be 5 minutes. Referee may provide time allowance for injuries. In case of inclement weather or field conditions, games may:
1. Be shortened
2. Go to FIFA penalty kicks from the penalty mark to determine the winner
3. Be canceled
SUBSTITUTIONS: Unlimited substitution will be allowed in all games. However, teams may substitute only on dead ball sitauation or when the ball is out of play. Players must enter and exit the on mid-field. Bad Subsitution will result on a free kick from the 30 foot mark. All substitute players must sit on players bench/chairs.
COACHING: 1 coach will be allowed on team sideline/bench. All coaches have total responsibility for the conduct of their players, substitutes, and spectators at all times. No coach, substitute, or spectator makes derogatory remarks or gestures to the referees, other coaches, players, substitutes, or spectators. No coach, substitute, or spectator uses profanity or incite, in any manner, disruptive behavior
CAUTIONS AND EJECTIONS:
Yellow card – when a player or a coach persistently infringes the laws of the game. When a player shows dissent with any referee’s decision. Guilty of ungentlemanly conduct.
Red Card – A player or coach receiving two cautions (yellow cards) in a single game is considered to have been given an ejection (red card). A direct red card will be given for a serious foul, violent conduct or foul / abusive language toward any player or the referee. A player or coach who has been ejected will not return for that game and will not be allowed to participate in the next scheduled game. Team will play down a player for 5 minutes. Any player or coach who assaults a referee will be expelled from the tournament. No red card will be given for last man foul or intentional hand ball that prevent a goal.
SUSPENDED AND TERMINATED GAMES: If in the opinion of game officials, a game must be suspended (for any reason) teams are subject for an automatic forfeit loss and may be expeled from the tournament. Teams are also subject for a double forfeit by both teams 0-0 with no points for both teams.
DETERMINING WINNERS: No overtime periods will be played to resolve a tie at the end of all group games. Teams will be awarded points on the following basis: Three (3) points for each win. One (1) point for a tie. Zero (0) points for a loss. In the event of a tie in points at the end of bracket play, the winner for the advancement to Playoffs will be determined as follows:

5. Penalty Kicks from the penalty mark (a Draw will determine who will be 1st seed. The other two teams will have 3 PK Shoot Out to determine the winner who than will compete in another 3 PK Shoot Out vs the 1st seed team)
Playooff Game that will end in a tie – Teams will play 5 minutes Golden Goal. If no goals were scored Winner will be determain in 3 PK Shoot Out.
PK Shoot Out – Teams must select 5 players to kick. On the 6th round of kicks any player from the 1st 5 kickers may kick again.
HOME TEAM: The home team will be the team which appears first on the game schedule. The home team will supply the game ball, unless supplied by the tournament. The game ball will be subject to referee approval. The home team will be required to wear their second jersey or vests if both teams have same color uniform
FORFEITS AND BYES: All teams who forfeit will have the game(s) scored a 0-5 loss. The winner will be awarded 3 tournament points (for the win). Teams failing to report ready to play within five minutes of the scheduled kick off time may be subject to forfeit.
DISPUTES: All disputes will be settled by the Tournament Director or designee and the decision will be final. NO PROTESTS OR APPEALS WILL BE ALLOWED
OTHER RULES IN EFFECT: No Slide tackling is allowed. Goalie is the only player that can slide in his own goalie box. Player can only slide to score or prevent a goal when there are no players around him. No Off-side rules. All free kicks are direct (Defensive player must be 10 feet away from ball). Restart are allowed. No goalie punts are allowed. All balls out of bounds will be handle by hand (Goalie throw or players throw in) Goalie can not throw the ball over mid-field unless touch a player or bounce prior mid-field. If a goalie throw over mid-field referee will award a free kick from mid field to the opponent team.
TOURNAMENT PLAY – Four Team Division Play. Each team play all of the teams in their bracket for a total of 3 games. Top two teams will make playoffs.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN: As a result of inclement weather, and at the direction of the Tournament Director, one of the schedules will be implemented:
1. All games are to continue as scheduled.
2. Eliminate pre-game warm-up on the field, game times to continue as scheduled
3. Eliminate pre-game warm-up on the field and shorten all games. The Tournament Committee will determine the game length.
4. Shots from the Penalty Mark will replace games.
SPORTSMANSHIP ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: All Spectators, Coaches and Players MUST Show Respect for Each Other and the Authority of the Referees.
